I sent my friend to ET Sports for tires as I have had positive service in the past. He owns a 2009 Mazda and ET Sports broke his Tire Pressure Monitor when installing new tires. They claimed it was due to corrosion; however, the part is made of aluminum which is noted to have extreme corrosion resistance, especially in an environement not exposed to the elements in a tire. Even if there were humidity (water) in the tire it would need a very high concentration of chlorine to cause corrosion as plain tap water could not corrode quickly enough on such a new car. My friend called and complained. The co-manager/owner Chris Tripp proceded to call him dumb and hung up. My friend is very polite and has a Masters Degree in Architecture, definitely not dumb. You would think ET Sports in the small town of Belle Fourche would fix their error and own up to their mistake as word of mouth is vital for survival.
