worst customer service I've ever had in my life. dropped off a vehicle on 10/10 for minor electrical work (tail lights, gauge and battery terminals)... we picked up the vehicle on 11/30 and the tail lights still were NOT FIXED, and this is after we paid $255. we have not had our phone call returned the first time over the entire course of this. they left wires hanging. the gauge does not illuminate. the battery terminals were loose. unbelievable! ...read more

i only give thisplace one star b/c it won't let you give '0"...the people there are rude, rednecky, ignorant, angry, theifs...kept our van for 3 weeks, stole our parts & gave us used broken ones,, did not address the overall issues of the vehicle, ..& refused to let our insurance pay!! we had to pay our of pocket!!! ...read more

I called on a Sunday morning when most folks are at church. My call was immediately answered, and they were available to meet me in 10 minutes to get the car keys. Service guy was courteous, knew where my vehicle was (in BooFoo) and took it to our home for my Master Mechanic (my husband) to work on our vehicle. Queens could have charged me more for Sunday service, but didn't. Price was more than fair. I'll call them again.
