I, personally, have worked in the Property Mgmt industry for 17+ years and was quite surprised by the unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic this individual displayed. 1. Jenielle's asst showed us the 1st location because Jenielle was out of town. This girl had been there a whole year & seemed to know nothing about the house we were viewing & had a difficult time answering any of my questions. 2. We decided to apply for a different house. All seemed to be going well, including Jenielle removing this home from the market, as she felt sure our application would be approved. We immediately addressed a couple of items that needed to be taken care of in order to be approved, as we were told this was all that needed to be done & the app would be fine. Wrong! She neglected to thoroughly review everything and came back 2 more times, with other matters she needed us to address. We turned around and once again, immediately remediated these 2 items. 3. Over the weekend, I notice that the house is now back online being advertised for rent and she has dropped the rental price, without our knowledge. I question her about this, and she replies that we "are welcome to this price, as well." Really?! No kidding, but was she even going to tell us the price had dropped? She had no clue what rental amt we had even been offered, initially. 4. Another day goes by, we should have been approved by now, as all had been taken care of on our end. I am now told by Jenielle that she has recd another app on the house. I don't hear from her all weekend. Monday morning I receive a text stating that this other app has been approved and the house is no longer available. Wow. Here are we are, in need of moving into this within the next 5 days, and now we have nowhere to go. Talk about dirty!!! I was blown away. They people in charge do not communicate, they don't answer the phone, they are not in the office when they say they will be, they don't call back, they cannot keep track of money and will not follow through on things. The place is nice but the management ruins the experience. ...read more

DO NOT even think of ever using this company the Property Manager is the WORST. NOTHING but a HORRIBLE nightmare.WORST TREATMENT and customer service ever ... I feel sorry for the owners who list thier homes for rent with this company they will loose money and bussiness left and right.
