Quality of work is satisfactory most probable. There is a owner/partner of this business that harasses his senior citizen neighbors by placing obnoxious signs on his fence- in full view of the seniors. Great home, but poor customer service! We closed over a month ago on our home. There are still repairs that we have been waiting and waiting to be completed, but haven't been finished. Tim or Jo, the builder and his wife, will tell you it will be completed on such a day or this subcontractor is coming on this day, but nothing really happens or no one shows up. I've spent most of my days home just waiting for someone to show up to do a job just to have wasted a day away. After confronting him about this LONG wait, he told me that he needs to take care of his workers with paying jobs first before "having a door painted", even though that door has already been paid for.
