While fixing a plumbing problem in my office one of their employees went looking for a dust pan, knocked a PTZ camera assembly off a shelf and broke an expensive piece of equipment. The dome was shattered and the camera lens was broken as well as some internal parts of the unit. The employee took a picture after I came back and seen the equipment was smashed. I contacted the company and talked to a Mrs. Lou and within 30 seconds of the conversation asked the question "How do I know the equipment wasn't already broken". I heard the unit fall and the dome shatter the unit was in one piece till that time.
