AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude. Disrespectful. DO. NOT. USE. Bought a Groupon for the company's service and after setting up an appointment, was told that my Groupon was not valid for rental properties. Does not say that anywhere on the Groupon and only showed up on their website after I complained to the owner, Jamie, who was just as unhelpful. I have a two-year lease and wanted to set up a contract. Apparently, that's good enough for my lawn care with Scotts, but not with these jokers. Complete lack of respect for a paying customer. Few ultrasound predictions have 100 percent accuracy, but studies in controlled environments have shown gender determination by ultrasound to be 98.7 percent accurate at sixteen weeks. Of course, the accuracy of the prediction will be greater with advancing gestational age and the experience of the sonographer. The tech did not know what she was doing and told me that she had one week of training; I should have gone to see you. I did wonder why they were 100 dollars cheaper! no wonder. Some have absolutely no professional training, and expecting moms have a right to know who they're placing their trust in. All of our locations have a Medical Director that is licensed in the state of South Carolina. Our Medical Directors are either practicing Obstetricians/Gynecologists or Radiologists.
