I have been going there 5 years and have multiple problems.The ONLY reason I use drivers choice is the cheap SR22 policies they provide. I was extremely upset to find out I have been paying a policy under a different person with the same name simply because no one verified my birthday and address. Everytime I call to check on my due amount they tell me I do not have a policy? I finally (after calling 5 different employees) was told they made a mistake since Dec 2012 and apologize but now my insurance has lapsed and I need to make a payment of 108 to reinstate my policy. One hour later, I get a call saying they once again looked at the wrong client and apologize but it will be 350??? Everyone has been rude to me and for their mistake??! No discounts or apologizes have been given. If you want a bunch of careless employees handling your money and social number than yes go with Drivers Choice.
