There's no contest as to who's the best - - - \t\nWe purchased a new home last year and the one thing I hated was the landscaping. So, we cut down 17 trees and shrubs last season. I've researched, designed and am relandscaping everything myself. Did I make any mistakes, such did. I've been to most every nursery in the area. These are my findings.\t\nHead-Lee's prices are as reasonable as Lowes (sometimes cheaper).\t\nMail order takes forrrrrrever... ( You guessed it, Wayside is the worst!)\t\nAt Head-Lee's the variety is available to you, in accordance with our zone, 7a. \t\nThe gals at the counter are wonderful (and they love my Golden Retriever).\t\nThe outdoor staff knows what you're talking about and how to answer you. \t\nI've never once felt as though I was bothering them either.\t\nAnd, they have things separated by groupings; ie, sun, shade, tropical, \t\nsome sun, etc. - - - imagine that ? LOL \t\nThanks for being their for us Head-Lee !\t\nA Greatful Walhalla Resident\t\n ...read more

They were extremely knowledgeable of their field. The plants looked great. They carried everything one would need (and some). And, best of all, it smelled nice (didn't smell like fertilizer). A+++ P.S. love the cats ...read more
