Update: My wife received a voicemail from the property manager Stacey at The Groves. In the voicemail Stacey indicated that she would sue my wife for "defamation of character" if we left any additional negative reviews online about her and her community. I have been honest about my horrible experience living at The Groves. I 100% stand by my word, I am a man of principle and integrity. Me and my family will not be intimidated. If Stacey feels the need to take legal action because of the facts (condition of the apartment at move in) and opinions (how our family was treated) that we have listed in our review she is free to do so. ...read more

The property management is unethical and unprofessional. We paid our rent on time every month (we are an ethical and upstanding family) and we were treated very poorly. We paid over $3000 to break our lease and they are attempting to charge us for damages that were present before we even moved in. Penny, Jennifier and eugenia came to my home to clean and the work was wonderful.They cleaned my home from top to bottom even the celing fans and windows.I would use them again .they seemed very happy and it was just nice the way they worked together and got the job done .I felt like queen for a day.They told me to sit down and let them take over they even offered to fix me lunch.nice people,will call again. ...read more
