Horrible dull-lit building. Beds have dust bunnies accumulated on top of the acrylic, which looks dingy, even though the sign says CLEAN. Catty women who work there. No customer service if you show up 1/2 hour before closing. They will MAKE you pay an upgrade or tell you that you can't tan because "they have plans". Bulbs are not very strong. It takes forever to develop a good color, even in their "bronzing" beds... I have seen roaches (dead and alive) there. The bathroom smells like potting soil and for some reason there never seems to be any TP. People will come in there and blast thier iPod as loud as it goes, making your peace and comfort unenjoyable... If you want great service without dealing with a catty and rude person slumped over their laptop, go to Elite Tanning. Their beds are nicer and you get more value for your money.
