They are slumlords that rent delapitated properties, and will not disclose nicer properties to low income or minorities. they add erroneous capricious fees on the rent as follows: $90 late fee,$90 reinstatement fee and $45 magistrate fee as of the tenth as well as $20-$30 correspondence fees.
