Owner is rude and obnoxious. The movers broke my washing machine and contacted owner repeatedly for a whole year. He (Neil Rouse) kept saying he was going to replace it and appreciated my patience. I call back over and over (no answer) and text (no reply). This went on back and forth for a year until finally I get a text back from the wife stating he was locked up for not paying his child support. I still tried to remy the situation with him and then he claim he was going to go to Walmart to Western Union me the money to replace my washing machine. This did not happen over and over again. I had to keep calling him from different numbers just for him to pick up the phone until finally the last time I called him from a different number he picked and I told him who I was and he said this and nothing else. I'm not replacing your washing machine and hung up. I tried to call him back and again he did not answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS A SHAM! THE OWNER NEIL ROUSE DOESN'T REPLACE THINGS THAT THE MOVERS BREAK AND EVIDENTLY HE IS HARD UP FOR MONEY SINCE HE TAKES YOURS AND DON'T LIVE UP TO HIS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED MOTTO!!!! ...read more
