We are out of state and used them for a long time. They kept sending us huge bills in the mail for many times of services. We gave them our credit card info and said to bill after every time or two.. They forgot and mailed us another huge bill. We called and said we were selling the house and to charge us the whole amount of the bill and to do one more lawn care service and that was it. They did those two charges and we sold the house. Then over 1 1/2 months later I get a bill for $120 charged on my account. I called thinking they had it automatically set to bill us and would realize their mistake and credit us back. WRONG. They denied getting a call, saying they were waiting on us to cancel. They lied. I canceled in March. They charged us in May. I realized in June. We never spoke to them since March. So why did they quit cutting and charging after May until I left a message on their machine in June? They realized their mistake and quit on their own. ...read more
