We always receive poor service, the drive thru is always slow, and cleanliness is definitely an issue. No one could even figure out how to sell me a gallon of sweet tea. It took around 15 minutes for the man in front of m to get a coffee and the same went for my tea. Then an employee grabbed an extremely dirty rag off the counter and wiped my sweet tea off with it.
