Had a problem with a remote control for the TV> My husband called Bob to discuss the problem and see if he could fix it. I brought the remote in and left it for him to look at. Got a call the next day the remote was ready. When I picked it up he told me there was no charge, it had only taken a few minutes. I know where i will be bringing all my appliance repairs. A great experience at the Charleston Apple store. I first brought my Macbook to a store in NJ and although I received great service, they could not fix the problem.
