Their spray tan did not work for me. I appropriately used the machine, went home, waited over 16 hours, and still no color showed up. I called to politely request another spray tan. The "owner," "Joe," blamed me for not using the machine correctly, called me "honey," despite me tellling him that I did not like to be called that, refused to give me his last name or his bosses name, told me to take my money to another salon that actually cares about helping customers, and then told me that he was going to ban me from the store because I requested to speak to his boss about his attitude. I suggest that everyone take Joe's advice and take your money to another salon that cares about customers. ...read more
