Anyone that reads this email "Donot by all means get a loan from this company" they will try to get you fired from your job. I was late on one payment and made arrangements to make that payment the next day. Unfortunately, I worked over and was going to make the payment in office on the next day after work. I spoke to Clarisa Eady the person the arrangements were made with, but to no avail she came to my job the very next day. She came to the office demanding to see me asking several co-workers. This gets even better she has accomplices in her office by the name of Terry and Mike. Mike had the ordasity to come and ask a co-worker if the could have me served on my job. Terry, showed up following the unlawful practice that they all cooked up. The payment was made but I was told by Clarisa Eady after I asked her why they were coming to my job and she said that "she was not doing anything unlawful PLUS that is the way the Corporate office instructs them to collect any late payments!! I am going to forward this complaint to our State Represenative, our Govenor, Mayor, and BBC because they all should be made aware of how these Stupid uneducated people collection practices are being handled on a daily basis. We paid over 300 dollars for their services. One year later we get a notice from the IRS saying we owe $2,000. First thing we do is go through our packet, there is a 1099 that is in the packet, but not anywhere on the form. Go to Liberty, and they review it for a couple of days. Best thing they can say is they "made a gross error but you owe the money to the IRS"!!! You filled it out. Now it is our problem? No refund for the $300 and they offer to put us on a payment plan. When we mention that it was their person that messed it up they stated "the IRS doesn't care who did it, but you will have to pay them"!!! Save your money and screw up your own taxes. They have been sued all over the country for their sales practices that amount to ripping off senior citizens.
