I recently had a small claims court heard by Mr. Guerard. He was extremely arrogant, condescending and rude during the entire trial. I tried to come prepared and read law books prior to my case so as to educate myself. He took offense to this and I was immediately attacked for doing so "you are wasting my time" and you law is abysmal. I was nothing but cordial and polite during the entire trial and still Mr. Guerard kept slandering me. I have never been so disrespected as I was yesterday in court.
