We had Donna come over to interview her for a Selling Realtor. She was professional, didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, straight forward, gave us a 10 year history. Seemed like the perfect realtor. She said our house would sell for about 117-132 (I wrote it down) we were hoping for 155. She told us to get an appraisal (and told us who to go with), said if we still want to sell our house after the appraisal, she will reimburse us for the price. So we did. It coincidentally came back EXACTLY what she suspected.... EXACTLY. Fishy since she told us to go through her. After we got the appraisal back with a range 117-133. We decided to list it at 140 and let the buyer drop it to 130ish. Donna said we had to list it at 125. I said we didn't want to because the seller will try to drop it to 120 or even lower. She told us to find another realtor. She said she only wants a quick sale. She scammed us!!!!!! 6 weeks wasted, $300 lost, find a different realtor. One who looks out for you! ...read more

If I could give this company a negative star I would. Our house was disgusting (mold in the fridge, raw meat in the crawl space) when we moved in. The door to the garage had a hole in it where a doggie door used to be. Our front door had a huge gap in it that they refused to fix, and Patricia even tried to argue saying that air could not escape, despite the 1 inch gap between the door and door frame, and none existent weather stripping. We had to demand our grass be cut (it was waist high at move in), so she sent some random guy, not a landscaper, with a broken leg to do our yard. Then, when we moved out we had to rake up about 3 years worth of pinestraw because "it was done when we moved in." Bold face lie. These are only a couple of the many problems we encountered but I am limited as to my words. The broker in charge is dumb and ignorant and the single most childish adult I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. ...read more
