It has been four years since my husband and I became patients of Dr. Shelton. Jack was unable to walk due to pain. When we left your office after the first visit, Jack was unable to walk on his own. I was in constant pain from “computer neck” when I first went to see Dr. Martin. I have been to a lot of chiropractors and none of them have spent as much time patiently diagnosing my symptoms and answering my questions as Dr. Martin. With my regular visits, I can hardly remember what having a “computer neck” feels like!

For more than 25 years I had a condition in my mouth, jaw and ears which kept me in constant pain. At times the pain was so unbearable that I had to go on a liquid diet. My dentist advised me to wear a night guard throughout my lifetime, but my condition didn’t improve. I was referred to a surgeon, but I don’t want to resort to surgery. I was miraculously healed on the first visit to Dr. Martin! I can now chew normally without any pain.

The Trip Is Worth It!
Working in Construction for 30+ years I have lots of reasons to get regular adjustments. I have been to many chiropractors over the years. Dr. Chad & Dr. Todd are the best I have found. Oh and their staff creates a country friendly atmosphere. My wife and I live in Tumwater.and we enjoy the drive south to get out adjustments and get away from the traffic in town. Five stars for the Doctors, the staff, atmosphere and the great drive!

Chiropractic has increased my speed and flexibility
Before receiving chiropractic care, I suffered from occasional headaches and severe low back pain. I used to think that the problem lies with my muscles but thanks to chiropractic, I discovered that it was skeletal. All without pain
Since I started chiropractic care, all aspects of my life have improved. I can now do my complete workout regimen, which includes weight lifting, abdominal work and jogging – all without pain! Most of all, my energy level has increased dramatically. Thanks doctor!

He is very nice and caring too
I was referred to Dr. Shelton by a dear friend. A year ago, I was at the point of not being able to turn my head pain-free and even doing everyday tasks is a very challenging task, especially when driving. This was resolved after a few visits with Dr. Shelton. He is very nice and caring too. Thanks Dr. Shelton!

Stress in my shoulders and neck is gone!
I suffered from constant headaches, and experienced soreness in my shoulders and neck. I was like that for many years and relied on Advil to help alleviate the pain. After seeing Dr. Martin, the bottle remained unopened, and all the stress in my shoulders and neck is gone! I recommend Dr. Martin to everyone because he’s a wonderful educator, supporter and healer.

Now I can function at a normal level and play
Since my football injury 2 years ago, sublaxation resulted to problems that would prevent me from walking or even standing normally. Now I can function at a normal level and play my favourite sport once more. I can go to the gym, walk and do the small things that I took for granted before. Dr. Martin has brought back all the activities that I couldn’t do for the longest time.

I Can Sleep Again!
I went years waking up at night with a headache after being asleep for two or three hours. Today I have an exercise routine for my neck and shoulders and regularly adjustments to my upper back and neck that help me to "finally" get a good nights sleep again. Doctor Martin explained what I needed to learn about my problem and now I have a long term solution that is working - Thank You Doc - Really you are "The Best". Albert B.
