This individual sold our house (how he did it I have no idea). He NEVER returned our telephone calls. Our buyer also stated that he never returned THEIR calls either. Promised to arrange a mortgage for us (we paid with cash from the house we sold and wanted small mortgage to improve the home we purchased) then called us with all the details of the mortgage (interest rate, term, etc)...referred us to the person who agreed to provide us with the mortgage, and that person blew us off and never contacted us again! Everyone this agent (Frank Dipietro) referred us to to contract work for us overcharged us (far beyond the quote they gave us for the work) and then left work half done and disappeared. Once home was sold this guy's attitude totally changed. He even lied about issue with new house and stated that my husband and I were told about nonworking appliance by the selling agent when my husband and I were NEVER told this information. ...read more
