Well, January and December are almost past us, but the icy cold temps have left an impression on anyone working outside. Though business is always good no matter what the weather is, the ice and snow make us all appreciate the spring, summer and fall. The construction world is picking up slightly, the national statistics showed today that permits pulled are up throughout the US in the month of December.
