Before considering a sunroom, please be aware it is all glass and likely a "kit" build /fashioned with proprietary parts. This means, problems will occur and service is not a strong point of this company from my experience. My sunroom is a kit build, meaning unique parts that cannot be obtained via a local contractor, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.... In my interactions with them across a 4-5 week period, I never received assistance for my issue, my one email and three phone calls never were responded to without follow-up and it got to a point where I had to give up. This company took good care of me. I couldn't get into my front door after my snapped inside the lock. John the locksmith was able to fix it in short order and was very friendly. I recommend Rhode Island Locksmith if you are in need of a locksmith. ...read more

They said the locksmith would be here in 25 minutes. 1 hours later I called back to number on here, and let them know no one had showed up. Two minutes later, I get an angry call from someone named "Mike." Apparently he was angry that I called to let them know he hadn't showed up.... wow. Three hours later, still no locksmith! These are unprofessional people. Mike didn't seem to care I was waiting all day, and that I had to pick up my kids at school. They waited until 6:30 PM. This is absolutely uncalled for. ...read more
