FedEx© and UPS© are great companies. They absolutely, positively guarantee the on-time delivery of your Ground, Express and International packages. The majority of their shipments are on-time. But when they are just one minute late, you are entitled to up to a 100% refund of your shipping charges.

That is, once you do all the work involved in tracking all of your shipments, finding all of the late deliveries, calling the carriers to bring them to their attention, applying for your all of your refunds and debating with the carriers over the denials.
