I first purchased 3 banners from Pics n Prints 13 months ago, and promptly hung them on my fences and outdoor walls of my building. With high wind, freezing weather, and summer heat (this is the second summer,) my banners are still soft, supple, vibrant with color, and look as they did when purchased. When these banners are folded, creased, or whipped around in the wind, the color does not chip, show a different background color, or white. I have one banner from another vender, and it loses color every time it is whipped around, or even foldeded over while hanging.
