Great Downtown Shopping Experience
I was so pleased last Wednesday night when I discovered that Atascadero's downtown area is now open late on Wednesday nights. It is called the "Blue Balloon Wednesdays." I needed a last minute birthday gift for a 10 year old boy. I found lots of great fun, unique items! Check it out!

Now through January 2010, The ARTery is featuring the "Under $200 Art Show"... We have 32 artists and about 80 pieces of art. At least 20% of art sales will be donated to the AIDS Support Network. This is definitely a don't miss art show. And keep in mind that when you buy art from a local artist nearly all the money you spend on the art will stay in the local economy.
