Action Towing went above and beyond what was expected of them when they towed my car last month at the local grocery store. The driver was a friendly man who helped me and directed me to the nearest ATM so I could pay for the service. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a tow or any other roadside assistance. As for the tourists, the signs clearly state you cannot park in the spot or you will be towed due to your inability to properly read a sign. It is not Action Towing's fault that you were towed because they did have to inform you and your extra trip to the ATM was a result of your ignorance to read a sign that was right in front of you. They over charge and take advantage of people. They do not post set fees, they make them up on the fly. I would give it a zero star if I could. There are many other Towing companies in the Williamsport area that are willing and friendly to help you out. ...read more
