Freedompay.com services are filled with hidden fees... Some kind of monthly fee that we did not know about it and platinum fee... Called to complain was told that changes were posted on the account.... Never needed to login as we had automatic payment so never saw the changes....!,, freedom pay is free to charge your account as they wish.... ...read more

this company is the BIGGEST scumbag! DO NOT USE THEM! we contracted with them for a rent-to-buy machinery and they completely screwed us by slipping a clause into the contract stating it was ONLY a rental and we had to pay a ridiculous amount for a buy-out. Even after the contract was up they continued to send bills, never once stating it was up. On top of that, the customer service is HORRENDOUS. Suggestion: save your self some time and aggravation and do not finance with this company!!! ...read more
