I was disappointed to find that the wonderful operators at this spa are docked from their pay when coupons are uesd for services. In this difficult economy, operators tolerate the practice and should be tipped to make up for the loss to their pay when coupons are used. In New England where I am from, we did not tip owners of salons or spas, at the cashier I felt compelled to tip the OWNER when my receipt was presented for signature...felt like "double dipping" had carried over from the previous ice cream store at the locale to what is attempting to overcome the curse of the ever changing location at Lancaster and Wayne Avenue..., otherwise, some talent. ...read more
