My aunt was getting crazy letters from collection agencies (she had just gotten divorced from an abusive husband and was having money problems). Anyway, she sued them and got a couple of thousand bucks because they told her she would get beat in court. She just saved the letter and called a consumer law company called KPWS or something. Wish had no star rating, that is what they deserve. Received letter from their lawyer saying my debt was fraudulent and did not have to pay. That was three years of harrassment ago.Do not try to reason with them, just sue. Only thing they understand. ...read more

I have never been treated literally so rudely in my life until I called these people back. They were money hungry and just seem like they want to give everyone a bad day because they hate they're own lives. I'm going to sue them for harassing and saying they were going to come out and find me and make me sign papers that I would pay $400 to them for a credit card I opened whenI was younger.
