Romas food is pretty good but they mess up the order every time for us. Last time I ordered pizza, they quoted me a price of $13 and odd cents, but when they showed up the driver insisted that I ordered with a coupon. I told her twice that I never had any coupon or said anything about a coupon, she consulted her boss via cell phone she told me it would be $27. Twice the price we were told on the phone when ordering (no coupon or deal was ever mentioned while ordering). We called them and they told us they would give us a $4 credit, and again said that we ordered with a coupon. They had no appreciation whatsoever that I paid twice what they told us on the phone and still had to argue with us about a phantom coupon. So, I've had it with them. I tried a sub tonight from Roma's and it was just awful. The cheesesteak was very light (almost white) color and didn't taste like steak at all. Definitely won't recommend. ...read more
