"If you are one minute or one penny late on you payment plan, you kicked off and owe the whole balance" this was told to me by PA AM rep. 5/13/14. When my crisis grant from the federal gov. didn't get to them in time (even though the got confirmation of the pledge weeks ahead of time). This company ran estimated reading for months and left my bill with a huge balance, I am a disable person with no way of coming up with additional funds. All of this told to reps and asked for supervisors who said "day late dollar short- too bad" so when they ask you to send contributions to those who are having trouble with their bills, THIS is the backwards program you support.
