If I was my client I would not use Singer. They have shown shocking inconsistency in their projects. It is the 4th project they have done for my client, and yet they cannot even get a simple stainless steel counter top done correctly. Mind you it is the same detail drawn for all the different locations. The shops had to be sent back for revision many times, and yet they seem to do whatever they feel like. And when you call the project managers to discuss the mistakes, they act as if they did nothing wrong, and unwilling to help improve the situation. But I am not the client, just the designer so what can I say. So my warning to many people out there who are considering using SINGER. Do not! Your restaurant will look like a mess. ...read more

I needed some gear and arrived near closing time. They couldn't get rid of me fast enough and were not friendly about it at all. One of the draining rack wires was bent out of alignment and will be a snagging hazard if I don't fix it. I'll drive to Allentown next time.
