I've done same service always over the years. Went here to try. Unprofessional didnt hear or listen. The injectors mind was elsewhere. Didnt do as I asked put restylane in lips only. Said I needed volume. No no. Marionette lines and corners I do. Full lips to me. Isn't me. Subtle is. I was furious. Second mistake. Issue. Waste of $300, was dysport. Unfortunately I didn't see it prepared as you should do. 11 lines only. Didnt work. Dysport could have been old or diluted in saline. I got water. Owner was rude. Wouldn't let me come in on Monday to touch up as your to do. No follow ups. No calls back. She ignored the mistakes. Finally refunded restylane. And I went elsewhere professional practice md. Went for dysport for 11 lines. Restylane for marionette lines. Same as I always do. Subtle. Told injector what I wanted as always. This person didnt listen or talk or explain as you do. I've had done before. Something was strange and not right. She did what she wanted and put entire syringe in lip area. Oh god. One issue. She did dysport last. Unfortunately I didn't get to see her get it ready as you should, so it's Fresh and not diluted with saline. I swear I got water. Owner wouldn't let me come back in on Monday. The lip issue, who wants fake lips? I didn't. I wanted lines done. Then lastly tweak lips. It sure didnt go that way. They would not touch up 11 lines. As places say if its not right to call them and they will re touch dysport /Botox. Not skin beautiful. $300 for old dysport or diluted. Owner wouldn't resolve.
