had service for 2 1/2 months, only time I received water without calling everyday to request it and having it escalate to a manger was the very first delivery. Worst company ever! Supposed to have dishwasher fixed under home warranty. I had to contact this company multiple times after they were a no show for an appointment. Rarely do they even answer the phone and forget about them returning a voicemail. After getting them to come to the house and look at the dishwasher the guy said he would have to order a gasket and collected the $75 deductible. After a week of trying to call and figure out when he would be back to repair it, he had forgotten about it and started making multiple excuses and hung up on me. Absolutely horrible!!
