I had a great experience at the Local Locksmith Pittsburgh, they were very helpful over the phone when I called them to ask what exactly I needed to bring down. I arrived and had 4 cylinders re-keyed and they had it done within 10 minutes. The 2 gents behind the counter were very friendly and professional and seemed to take pride in their job. Great customer service! I don’t know how to thank them enough! Other companies would have made me wait at least for two hours before I could receive service. But Master Lock & Key Store sent a technician right away when I requested it. The entire key cutting job took barely twenty minutes for Dave. Very helpful and extremely talented!
