The service offered by this company downtown is crooked and doesn't even deserve one star!!! The attendants wreck perfectly nice cars and deny that it ever happened. Investigations to claims are non existent so there will be no record of evidence. The idea is to ignore and be negligent. The lot that I park in is dirty and run down. I do not find the staff to be friendly and if you have an issue I can assure you it will not be addressed in a professional manner. The rates are relative to other city rates but if you have the opportunity to park in another lot I would recommend it. ...read more
