I've been a loyal customer of La's for 2 1/2 years and last Tuesday I came in to get my nails done and she was busy. So she asked me to allow another technician do my nails. I agreed. On Friday my pinky nail broke. So I went to La on Saturday and had her fix it. Along with my ring finger bc the side was chipping, so she filled in the chip... and I'll be damned Sunday night while I was sleeping the nails tip snapped off right along where the chip was. So I go in monday, went in got the ring finger properly fixed. Now it's tuesday, and granted she fixed the first two nails free of charge, but Tuesday morning, while folding laundry. I wasn't scrubbing anything or doing anything strenuous and my pointer on my opposite hand, and my pinky nail broke off within and hour. Looking at the breaks you can clearly see where there is not enough acrylic, and it isn't even. Just over all poor product. And so I called her to see who she was going to do about my dalema with my nails anf how they keep breaking with vurtually no force. And she told me that she wasn't going to fix them to come in and pay the money for a full new set. That she'd take them off and redo them, but I had to pay. Even though it is her establishment and her tech she hired, but she doesn't want to take responsible for her techs poor crafsmenship. So now a customer who has been coming to her for 2 1/2 years will no longer be a customer, do to bad business. I'd also like to add on a side not, that this is the same tech who jacked up my eye brows in October. I never had a problem with La's work... but you're only as strong as your Weekes person on your team. And if you don't hold them accountable for the quality of their work. You won't be in business for long. La is literally thee only person worth getting work done by, and that's not going to work with a huge client base.
