Please do NOT RENT FROM DENNIS SIMOES. He rigs everything and anything. I have been living in hell for a little over a year to tge point I had to call L & I. Everythingnt his property of his on Harold Street in Fishtown is falling apart, broken. He will sceam you for every penny you have trust me. But in the end I get the last laugh. He will owe me alot of money after I take him for a nice bumpy rollercoaster ride in Court. If anybody has heard of the Coyles Rentals well he did alot of fraud and thats were Dennis is heading right to jail along with Coyle Rentals. DO NOT RENT FROM DENNIS SIMOES.
