All the reviews you read are true ant this arrogant disrespectful ripoff place I wish I had seen all of this before I have this place my money. Whom claims to not have an address. But you will be found. I called them out to repair my refrigerator they charged me $40 to jus look at it. Then told me I needed a new service board which was $350 they took took weeks to come back claim to replace it for it to work for 4 days before he left I said wait the readings aren't right he said trust me it will go to the right temp has to be plugged in for a while. Tall Spanish looking guy or jus light skin with grubby boots wears glasses sounds like the same guy who took my call but says it's not. Needless to say I had someone come look at it he open it in front of us didn't touch anything inside and says I see u have had someone out here already we said y do u say that he said & showed us where Authorized services took out our sensor cross wires to hike the price they told us it could have caught fire anytime we called with the serv guy & all they did was cursing the repair guy out. This place refuses to fix to return my money. I'll see them in court if they think I'm going to let this go they have another thing coming. I'm reporting them to consumer affairs BBB and letting every social media outlet no this place is a RIP OFF. Out of all the checkers I've been to this one is the worst. I went in for two chilli cheese dogs and had to wait almost 15 minutes. How is that fast food?. They all need to be retrained on customer service skills cause they really lack it. If they spend less time talking they could get orders out faster. ...read more
