Horrible my car broke down. I called them they told me in one hour. It's been 3 hours and still no tow truck. The man on the end of the phone was horrible horrible horrible. He was very Sarcastic, you can tell he doesn't like his job. Do not park here! They tried to steal our truck. We parked there on Wednesday August 6, 2014. Our key was missing when we went to pick up our vehicle. The police came, a lock smith was called, and we were finally able to leave after about 2 hours. Everyone that works there is a criminal and an experienced liar! The police were terrific. Among the foreign carriers assessing these charges are British Airways, Air Canada, Lufthansa, Virgin Atlantic, and more. If you have a choice of booking your award ticket on a domestic carrier vs. a foreign carrier who partner or are in the same global alliance, booking on the domestic carrier could save you from paying the fuel surcharges.
