At first I was concerned about parking/location but then noticed large parking lot and they had street parking, all free of charge. I was impressed with the knowledgeable staff and how quickly they processed my transaction. Everywhere else I visited said I'd have to wait 2 or 3 days to receive my currency. Not here, they have everything in stock. I was able to buy 500 euros and some UK pounds and Czech koruna for part of our trip. I'll definitely be recommending to my friends. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I took a collection of coins and was expecting a fair exchange, understanding they have to make money as well, but came out being hosed. The guy is NOT honest about paying fair prices for silver dimes, for example, which have a very clear silver value, and by the time I realized I was cheated, it was too late. He also exchanged my British pounds at a rate more than 15% lower than the actual market value, which is ridiculous! BUYER BEWARE, THIS GUY IS A CROOK AND GIVES EVERYONE IN HIS BUSINESS A BAD NAME! I;ve had my accts at USB for several years. Over the years I've noticed a declining attitude at several of their branches where I frequent. The staff seems disgruntled and is in no rush to greet me or help me. In fact often I walk in to the middle of a conversation between tellers, managers etc airing their dirty laundry about their personal problems or work related complaints and have to glare at someone until they decide it;s time to help me.
