  After retiring from J.R. Gettier and Associates as a Supervisor of a Special Response Team(SRT), Mr. Zielinski started a very small security consulting service. This is where the beginning of Zielinski Consulting Services, Inc (Z.C.S.) got it's humble start. After watching the market decline for several years for this type of service, Mr. Zielinski decided to work for a Transportation company in western , E.C.M.
