I was treated very rudely at this store on February 17th 2013 , in mechanicsburg PA. I have been tryingto get in touch with the store owner about this incident and they never called me back. I was staying at a nearby hotel. The Embers recommended you as a quality restauarant, however, you brought our food cold to us and didn't even has the sense to bring us eating utensils, I was assured that I would receive compensation for this error. Upon speaking to the manager I was told that all I woulkd get would be a bag of chips. Thanks alot. This didn't help me to eat my dinner. I had to go to the front desk in order for them to help me because you wouldn't.So, you lied and really didn't care about the hospitality that you showed us. Just for your information I am in the hospitality field and I would not ever come back and pay for this kind of treatment. I have also informed the front desk because they are promoting your services and I will also let other's know how I was treated and I plan to write many, many reviews. What a disappointment!
