Jamie the owner, does not stand behind his work. The quality and craftsmanship if his work is substandard. He's probably fine to replace a watch battery or a necklace clasp. Jamie does not admit to mistakes until you produce evaluations from another creditable jeweler. His staff is courteous until there is a problem. They are then rude and evasive.
