Jamie the owner, does not stand behind his work. The quality and craftsmanship if his work is substandard. He's probably fine to replace a watch battery or a necklace clasp. Jamie does not admit to mistakes until you produce evaluations from another creditable jeweler. His staff is courteous until there is a problem. They are then rude and evasive. The fish rots from the head down and this owner slow to respond if at all to problems. DO NOT BE TAKEN. GO TO ANOTHER JEWELER
