Dan is a heck of a nice guy an an excellent mechanic. The first time I dealt with Dan, I brought an exhaust manifold to him with 3 busted bolts in it. It took him about 5 hours to remove them all and he only charged me $30. At ANY machine shop it would have cost almost $100 an hour. Another time I brought a truck to him at 1230am, unannounced and he took a look at it then gave me a ride home when he figured it would take a while to fix it... I would not recomend this business unless you want to be verbally insulted by the owner. He does not take credit cards which they don't tell you when you make the appointment. When you show up u better have cash only if you don't he will tell you that "he feels sorry for people like you " that don't have cash at the momment. If you want to be looked at like a loser and looked at like a stupid poor person this is the place for you. I would recommend Norms in Marysville. On our way to North Carolina for the memorial day weekend we had a flat tire, called around that saturday and these folks were the only ones that responded and went out of their way to help my family and I put our spare on and get it to their service garage for a new tire. very fair pricing as well. ...read more
