Big thumbs down. Waited 50 minutes before being acknowledged by stylist then told it would be another 10 minutes. Told stylist/owner (Alisa) exactly how I wanted my hair done. She did 1/2 of what I asked her to. A couple of days later, when I called in to see when I could come in to have it fixed, was given every excuse why she couldn't do anything to fix it. Was then told that she would call me back with an appointment time, but she NEVER called back. Do not mind paying TOP dollar to have my hair done, but DO want to get what I asked for. I agree with Myaa I also had the owner Alisa do my hair. I was there for a trim and to touch up my roots. She talked me into doing a few highlights which ended up being spotty and also left the gray around my face untouched! My hair looked awful. Not to mention she was over 15 min late until I even got in her chair. She kept walking away to answere her cell phone and the salon phone. Which were ringing off the hook. Anyway, after my color was rinsed I told her I just wanted the ends of my hair trimmed and she grabbed the razor and cut it way to short! She left the frindge around my face longer on one side and left my hair looking patchy all over. I cried the whole way home that day. But not before paying a bill that was way to much for the service I got .She was awful and I would not Recommend Alisa to anyone. I had my hair done twice by the owner Alisa. Once trimmed, once highlighted. When I asked for a trim she proceeded to razor my entire head of hair. Thinning my already thin hair out entirely, I looked better before I sat down in her chair and left looking unkempt and scraggly. Thinking it was just a fluke, I went back to her again wanting very natural highlights. I kid you not I left looking like Hannah Montana. NOT NATURAL AT ALL. The highlights looked brash and unclassy.
