I inquired about getting scouts in to learn about fire safety. I was deliberately hung up on 3 times! The 1st time I was asked if we had visited with them before, I said no we hadn’t and the line went dead. I thought maybe we got cut off so I called back, I said I just called and I think we got cut off whoever answered did not even respond & they hung up! The third time I called & did not even get my sentence out before I was hung up on again! The 4th time I called & got rude asking "Is it your policy to hang up on people?!" I could hear laughter in the background as I was told "Well I just came in so I do not know what is going on." (It was the same person who I talked to the first time) He stated that "We do not handle these requests here" & I was given another number to call. No one could say that the first three times I called? It took me 4 times & getting nasty to get an answer!? We will NOT be visiting here! Nor will we be donating here anymore! OK I WANT TO START BY SAYING THE FOOD WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. THE LOCATION OF THE HALL WAS NICE AND THE CENTER PIECE SELECTION WAS AWESOME ALSO. THERE WERE A COUPLE THINGS THAT BOTHERED ME SO MUCH THAT I WAS READY TO CANCEL THE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING. WE WENT TO THE "MAIN OFFICE" IT WAS DIRTY AND THE PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE PERSON WE WERE TALKING TO ABOUT ALL OF OUR PLANS WAS NOT THERE AND THERE WAS A LADY SLEEPING IN THE WAITING AREA. ONCE HE FINALLY CAME HE WAS VERY RUDE AS WE WERE TRYING TO GET ALL OF OUR PLANS TOGETHER. I WOULD ASK QUESTIONS AND HE WOULD ONE WORD ANSWER AND CUT ME OFF AS I WOULD TALK. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I LEFT THERE THAT DAY BUT BEING TWO WEEKS AWAY FROM THE WEDDING I COULDN'T CANCEL. WHEN I GOT THERE DURNING THE REHERSAL THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING TO SET UP AND WALK THROUGH EVERYTHING THE CARPETS WERE DIRTY LIKE NOT JUST KIND OF NOT CLEANED BUT THEY WERE LIKE WE HAD A BIG PARTY AND WE DON'T CARE!!!
