We were relocated from Mi. leaving our small farm and new house to P.A. We knew it was going to be a readjustment for us but the staff as well as the residents have been so welcoming! It's quiet, a great walking path and not far from any stores. Love it! ...read more

I moved into my apartment in the beginning of January. Immediately there were issues with the unit. Although I was supposed to have a washer/dryer in my unit, there was none, and I had to argue with the landlord to get one put in. Not only that, but my oven would not work correctly and my refrigerator was leaking profusely and daily. Although the refrigerator was replaced fairly quickly (1 month), the oven took six months to replace. When the weather got warmer, in April, I put a work order in because my a/c unit was not working. It was blowing warm air and leaking all over the closet carpet where the hvac unit was located. Upon inspection by the maintenance team, they closed the work order, stating the "unit blows fine". When I called a month later to check up on the status and see if the maintenance staff was going to fix the a/c, I found out they closed the work order and had to open a new one. Three and a half months of no a/c during the summer months, and three and a half months of constant water damage (which also effected the apartment below and when I asked the landlord when he'd be fixing that, he mentioned he wouldn't fix it until that tenant brings the issue forward, although the company already knows about the issue). I have mold growing in my apartment, but the landlord will definitely refuse to allow a mold inspection to be done. All of this directly voids the implied warranty of habitability as set forth in their own lease terms. This company is wonderful with trying to get tenants to move in and then keeping up on them about their rent, but that is all they are worried about. Numbers and money. They are greedy, lazy, unknowledgeable, amongst many other negative characteristics. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rent from this place unless you are ready for a long and heated battle with the landlord to have your apartment work correctly. Not one employee is HVAC certified and the property manager is very sensitive and dismissive, let alone his catty attitude towards tenants. Do not let the beautiful landscape and the fake attitudes of the employees attract you to this property. Do your research, realize that this company is a slumlord and will refuse to make necessary repairs to the units and the property itself to make it safe and habitable for people to live in. I give this company an F- rating. ...read more

The staff are rude and incompetent. The building itself was slaped together by the cheapest labor they could find and beleive me it shows. They are not pet Freindly they charge so much for a dog and then they make it so inconvenient to have a dog here its not even worth it. They office staff are extremly unprofessional and rude. They will take advantage of any persons situation for their own profit. They won't fix any problems with your apartment and when move out they continue to charge you for the damage so much until you receive no deposit back. The maintenance staff are even worse then the office staff their attitude and their demanor is is that of a rude teenager. I would not recommend anyone move to this apartment. ...read more
